Directions Research is pleased to announce the promotion of Tim Laake to Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Tim will be responsible for all aspects of the Directions brand, from its digital footprint to speaking engagements at industry events.

This latest promotion for Tim comes months after celebrating his 20th anniversary with the company. Previously, Tim held the titles of Senior Vice President and Group Manager, leading the Restaurant Practice at Directions.

Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s in Business Administration from Xavier University. He is an active board member of Michigan State University’s Master of Science in Marketing Research Program and is on the Board of Executive Advisors for Xavier University’s Marketing Program.
