Directions Announces Promotions Of Several Key Leaders

Directions is pleased to announce the promotions of several key leaders. These actions directly align leaders and project teams based on industry expertise and better position the company to help clients achieve business impact.

Jason Ebbing is promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Ebbing joined the firm in January as Senior Vice President, Executional Excellence, tasked with developing and implementing frameworks to create operational, staffing, and technology efficiencies to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency in client-facing services. In his new role, he leads the Directions team in its execution of business operations with the purpose of delivering best in class insights. Ebbing reports to Jim Lane, President and CEO.

Carley Metsker is promoted to Senior Vice President and Group Director, leading a team focused on the restaurant industry. Metsker most recently served as Vice President, Client Service with a focus on the restaurant industry, and has worked across various functions and industries in her 20 years at Directions.

Beth Finn is promoted to Senior Vice President and Group Director, leading the travel, hospitality, and shopper team. For the past four years, Finn has served as Vice President, Client Service and Shopper Practice Lead at Directions.

Cindy Tullis’ role as Senior Vice President is expanded to include Group Director leading the healthcare team. Through various client-facing roles, Tullis has led the growth and development of the healthcare industry vertical at Directions in her 24 years with the firm.

Metsker, Finn, and Tullis will now report to Tim Laake, Chief Marketing Officer, whose responsibilities have been expanded to oversee all of Client Service.
